Using the hex set and ¼ socket wrench, disconnect the drive train from the frame mounting bolts. 3. Unpack the replacement drive train. 4. Connect the replacement to the mounting points and secure it with the mounting bolts. 5. Reconnect the battery terminal to the drive train. 6. Test / verify the drive train operates properly. 7. Reboot the bike and then examine the Display Gauge > Settings to check drive train health. Part: Drive Train SKU: fm2-dt-10000 Service Type: Fix Tools: Hex set, replacement fuse(s) Steps: 1. Go to Display Gauge> Settings to check drive train health. 2. Follow maintenance settings to identify if any electrical issues exist. If fuse issues are identified, replace fuse(s). 3. Use Hex set to remove drive train cover and remove old fuse(s) and replace with new fuse(s). Using ¼ socket wrench and phillips screwdriver, disconnect brake, brake cabling, display gauge, and handle bars. 3. Next, remove wheel (front or rear). 4. Next slide out suspension. 5. Unpack the suspension. 6. Slide in new suspension. 7. Reattach wheel (front or rear). 8. Reattach brake, brake cabling, display gauge, and handle bars. Use phillips screwdriver to adjust damping to factory settings. 3. Replace bushings if required. Part: Frame SKU: fm2-wl-50000 Service Type: Fix Tools: Hex set, ¼ socket wrench, FM2 straightening kit Steps: 1. Inspect the frame for warping, delamination. 2. Disconnect battery terminal from drive train and display gauge. 3. Use FM2 straightening kit to reduce warp/frame displacement. 4. Reconnect battery terminal from drive train and display gauge. 5. Reattach the display gauge and brake lines. 9. Reconnect the battery terminal to display gauge. 10. Test handle bar operation, display gauge, and brakes via a slow test drive. Part: Handle Bars SKU: fm2-hb-70000 Service Type: Fix Tools: Handle bars straightening kit Steps: 1. Inspect the handle bars looking for warping/deformation. 2. Disconnect the battery terminal from the display gauge. 3. Straighten handle bars using straightening kit. 4. Reconnect the battery terminal to the display gauge. 5. Test handle bar operation, display gauge, and brakes via a slow test drive.
