Get the access list of an app or folder

/permissions/accessList/:objectType/:objectId

Returns the list of users/groups and corresponding access levels whom have access to a selected folder, app, resource, workflow, or agent. The API token must have the "Permissions > Read" scope. Supported from onprem edge version 3.96.0+ and 3.114-stable+
