Retool-hosted, single-tenant
Use a single-tenant instance that's deployed and operated by Retool.
Single-tenant Retool instances are available on an Enterprise plan only.
Retool deploys a single-tenant instance on its own dedicated infrastructure that is not shared with any other instance. Retool deploys and hosts a stable release instance on its infrastructure, and maintains it for you. You get all of the benefits of a cloud service but in a zero-maintenance single-tenant environment.
This deployment option is best suited for organizations that:
- Are unable to use a Retool-hosted, multi-tenant instance (e.g., compliance restrictions)
- Do not have the resources to maintain a self-hosted, self-managed deployment (e.g., a limited DevOps team)
- Want a zero-maintenance and seamless solution.
Deployment process
Retool deploys the latest stable release on a dedicated instance and works with you to prepare it for your organization.
Feature availability
Organizations with Retool-hosted, single-tenant instances have access to features available in the currently installed release version. Single-tenant instances run a stable channel release; a new stable version is released every three months. Any features not currently available on your instance will be added in a future release which is then installed for you.
