Microsoft Graph integration

Retool now provides a native integration for Microsoft Graph, the unified API for Microsoft 365 services. You can create a Microsoft Graph resource with OAuth 2.0 or Microsoft Azure Identity authentication to read and manage Entra ID users, mail, calendars, OneDrive and SharePoint files, and Teams messages—all from Retool apps and automations.

ClickHouse integration

Retool now provides a native integration for ClickHouse, an open-source column-oriented database designed for real-time analytics. You can create a ClickHouse resource and use it to query analytical data with SQL—including ClickHouse-specific functions and aggregations—build dashboards on live data, and insert records from apps and automations.

Google Slides integration

If you self-host Retool and are using a stable release, reach out to your account manager to enable Google Slides.

Retool now supports an integration to Google Slides, which utilizes the Google Slides API and the Google Drive API. Use this integration to retrieve, create, and update documents for apps, workflows, and agents.

This integration can also indirectly interact with the Google Sheets API. Charts from Google Sheets can be embedded into Google Slides.

Removal of unsupported JDBC connectors

Retool removed some JDBC connectors that were inadvertently included in certain self-hosted release versions. These include:

  • Actian Ingres/Vector JDBC Driver.
  • Clickhouse JDBC Driver.
  • IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC.
  • IBM Informix JDBC Driver.
  • Trino JDBC driver.

These JDBC connectors are not supported by Retool for self-hosted deployments. If you have created a JDBC resource using these connectors, update its configuration as needed to make use of your own preferred JDBC drivers.

Retool has since released patch updates for affected releases that remove these connectors.
